Plumbing seems complicated, but it shouldn’t be. That’s why we’re here—to answer your questions about Radiant Plumbing.

Q. What is it going to cost?
A. The plumber will take a look at your project and give you a firm price.

Q. What do I do if I have a plumbing emergency?
A. Give us a call! If your house is flooding, shut the water off to your home until we can arrive and assess the problem. If you don’t know how to do that, give us a call and we’ll walk you through it over the phone.

Q. What kind of warranty do you offer on your work?
A. When the technician takes a look at the project, he will let you know what kind of warranty we can offer. In most cases it is a year and in some we may be able to offer a longer warranty.

Q. What is your hourly rate?
A. We charge by the job, not by the hour. We keep working until it's fixed no matter how long it takes.

Q. Are your plumbers licensed and insured.
A. Yes and yes. Our plumbers all carry a license issued by the State Board of Texas Plumbing Examiners. Our master license number is M-18951. Our general liability policy covers up to $2,000,000.

Q. Do you offer financing?
A. Most customers are eligible for 90 days same as cash. Longer terms are available through a national finance company.

Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Radiant has been in the plumbing business since 1999.

Q. Can you recommend a tankless water heater?
A. We are big fans of Rinnai. However, we can install just about any make and model of other heaters.
